4th Asia International Arts and Antiques Fair & Chang Jiang 2009 Spring Auction Preview Unveils on May 22nd
Specialty Zones Showcases the Achievements of
Chinese Contemporary Art
The 4th Asia International Arts and Antiques Fair (AIAA 2009), scheduled from 22-25 May 2009, will be held at AsiaWorld-Expo. The 4-year-old Fair has been establishing itself as a major trading platform for art & antique businesses. This year, the organizer and Jiangsu Changjiang Auction Co. Ltd will jointly hold "The Chang Jiang 2009 Spring Auction". Besides, "e-Auction" will be held concurrently with the Fair for the first time.
| With clear market positioning and mature exhibition scale, the Fair will put emphasis on Chinese contemporary arts by setting up various specialty zones to showcase the artworks of a number of famous Chinese contemporary artists. These specialty zones include: |

In addition, "Aloeswood Pavilion" displays various precious aloeswood items.
As before, on-site antique valuation services are provided for visitors.
Gathering hundred of exhibitors from the United States, Italy, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal, Australia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and more, the Fair showcases antique and contemporary art pieces including ceramics, Buddha statues, bronzes, antique furniture, jade, calligraphy, oil paintings, glassware, sculptures, jewellery, clocks & watches and decorative arts.
For the convenience of buyers from Guangdong region, free shuttle bus services are arranged to and from Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Dongguan and AsiaWorld-Expo. Admission Tickets are available at 7-ELEVEN along railway (5/5-25/5) or AsiaWorld-Expo (22/5-25/5).
